Innovative Funding, Inc. was founded by President Ben Edwards in 1992 after a successful sales and marketing career with Emerson Electric, a fortune 100 company.  Headquartered in Nashville, TN, the company assists area businesses with their marketing and promotional programs.  From idea generation and process consultation to creative production and implementation of the program itself, Edwards and his team are a one-stop shop, whose service area now spans over nine states and 22 markets.  Innovative Funding not only represents small, independently-owned businesses, but also national clients such as Best Buy, McDonald’s, OfficeMax, Applebee’s, Home Depot, Ruby Tuesdays, Shoe Carnival, Sonic, Party City, O’Charley’s, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Arby’s, State Farm Insurance, Captain D’s, AmSouth/Region’s Bank, Nationwide Insurance, Krystal and Ace Hardware.

Best in Business Award, a subsidiary of Innovative Funding, was created in 2007.  Recipients of the local market award are nominated by consumers, but then have to meet strict criteria and go through an extensive background check before being selected.  Edwards has a proven track record of helping his clients achieve their goals; therefore creating a Consumer Referral Guide of trusted businesses and professionals just seemed to be a natural fit for the local communities in which his company already serves.
